Dgn image class

The DgnImage type exposes the following members:

sub_unit_type	Gets current sub-unit type.
version	Gets DGN version of loaded image
is_3d_image	Gets a value indicating whether file is 3D or not
elements	Gets elements were read from source file
tags	Gets the tags.
max_point	Gets the max point.
min_point	Gets the min point.
views	Gets the views.
