Selects a range.

| --- | --- | --- |
| startRow | int32_t | The start row. |
| startColumn | int32_t | The start column |
| totalRows | int32_t | The number of rows. |
| totalColumns | int32_t | The number of columns |
| removeOthers | bool | True means removing other selected range and only select this range. |
