PivotTableRefreshOption.KeepCachedLocalGroupData property

Indicates whether to keep cached local group data if the maximum and minimum values remain unchanged. The default value is false which means refreshing group with local setting.

This is a temporary solution, please localize pivot tables by implementing PivotGlobalizationSettings
