Represents the type of target mode.

### Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| External | `0` | External link |
| FilePath | `1` | Local and full paths to files or folders. |
| Email | `2` | Email. |
| CellReference | `3` | Link on cell or named range. |
