## top_cm property


Represents the vertical offset of shape from its top row, in unit of centimeters.

### Example 


```python

if shape.top_cm == 3:
    shape.top_cm = 1.0

```

    ...
@top_cm.setter
def top_cm(self, value):
    ...
```
