## is_vertical属性

如果 Workbook 文件中的一行代表 DataTable 中的一行，则为 True。如果 Workbook 文件中的列代表 DataTable 中的一行，则为 False。

```python
@property
def is_vertical(self):
    ...
@is_vertical.setter
def is_vertical(self, value):
    ...
```
