Gibt an, ob die Formatierung einer Form gesperrt ist, sodass sie nicht geändert werden kann. Insbesondere schützt dieses Element davor, die Text-, Linien- und Füllformatierung zu ändern oder zu ändern, von welchem Style-Element die Form erbt.
