Represents the weekly recurrence pattern of the mapi calendar

Name	Description
start_date	Gets or sets the start date of an item recurrence pattern.

frequency	Gets or sets the frequency of the recurring series.
occurrence_count	Gets or sets the number of occurrences in a recurrence.
pattern_type	Gets or sets the type of recurrence pattern
calendar_type	Gets or sets the type of calendar that is used
end_type	Gets or sets the ending type for the recurrence.
sliding_flag	Defines whether pattern is sliding or not.
exceptions	An exception specifies changes to an instance of a recurring series.
deleted_instance_dates	An array of dates, each of which is the original instance date of either a deleted instance or a modified instance for this recurrence.
modified_instance_dates	An array of dates, each of which is the date of a modified instance.
day_of_week	Gets or sets the days of week at which the event occurs
