payee ID scope type enum.



The IdScopeEnum type exposes the following members:

### Fields
| Field | Description |
| :- | :- |
| GLOBAL | Payee ID valid across the entire payment system. |
| USER | payee ID valid with all FI accounts set up for the user’s payments account. |
