Specifies the action type in the XML [Web](../../system.web/) service at the class hierarchy level to which this enumeration is applied.

### Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Default | 0 | The default action type. |
| Document | 1 | The message is document oriented. |
