## ObjectExt::CoalesceInternal method


Null olmayan tipler için '??' operatörünün çevirisinin uygulanması. RT2'nin RT1'e dönüştürülebilir olduğu durum için aşırı yükleme.

### ReturnValue

Eğer LHS değeri null değilse, LHS'yi döndürür, aksi takdirde RHS ifadesini hesaplar ve sonucu döndürür.
