## IDOMImplementation.CreateDocument method

إنشاء كائن مستند DOM من النوع المحدد مع عنصر المستند الخاص به.

```

| namespaceURI | String | مساحة الاسم URI. |
| qualifiedName | String | اسم المؤهل. |
| doctype | DocumentType | النوع. |
