Specifies CSSEngine mode

### Values

| Name | Value | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Default | `0` | CSS engine will work like usual. |
| NotStrict | `1` | CSS parser will work in not strict mode. All not documented properties will be parsed and could be accessed through [`ICSSStyleDeclaration`](../icssstyledeclaration/). |
