## set_rotate {#float-float-float}

Sets the transform type to SVG_TRANSFORM_ROTATE, with parameter angle defining the rotation angle and parameters cx and cy defining the optional center of rotation.

def set_rotate(self, angle, cx, cy):
    ...
```
