## __init__ {#aspose.html.dom.QualifiedName-aspose.html.dom.Document}

Initializes a new instance of the [`Element`](/html/python-net/aspose.html.dom/element) class. Don't call this constructor directly, use [`Document.create_element`](/html/python-net/aspose.html.dom/document/create_element) or [`Document.create_element_ns`](/html/python-net/aspose.html.dom/document/create_element_ns).

def __init__(self, qualified_name, document):
    ...
```
