Processes the loaded pixels .

| pixels | int[] | The 32-bit ARGB pixels. |

| end | [Point](/imaging/python-net/aspose.imaging/point/) | The end pixels point. If not equal to (right,bottom) meaning that it is not full rectangle we have. |
