PixelRepresentation enumeration
Pixel Representation (0028,0103) represents signed/unsigned data of the pixel samples. Each sample shall have the same pixel representation. See https://dicom.nema.org/medical/dicom/current/output/chtml/part03/sect_c.7.6.3.html.
