## XmlTextWriter::WriteBase64 method


Encodeert de opgegeven binaire bytes als base64 en schrijft de resulterende tekst.

| index | int32_t | De positie in de buffer die het begin van de te schrijven bytes aangeeft. |
| count | int32_t | Het aantal bytes om te schrijven. |
