تقوم بفك تشفير مستند Pdf مشفر بواسطة كلمة مرور المالك. إذا لم يكن لدى المستند كلمة مرور للمالك، يُسمح باستخدام كلمة مرور المستخدم. ترمي استثناءً إذا فشل العملية.
