## BaseDictionary::cbegin method


Returns an iterator to the first element of the container. Implemented in STL-style. If the container is empty, the returned iterator will be equal to [end()](../../ienumerable/end/).

stl_const_iterator System::Collections::Generic::BaseDictionary<Map>::cbegin() const noexcept
```


### ReturnValue

An iterator pointing to the first const-qualified element of collection.
