## XPathNavigator::get_LocalName method


When overridden in a derived class, gets the [XPathNavigator::get_Name](../get_name/) of the current node without any namespace prefix.

virtual String System::Xml::XPath::XPathNavigator::get_LocalName()=0
```


### ReturnValue

A [String](../../../system/string/) that contains the local name of the current node, or [String::Empty](../../../system/string/empty/) if the current node does not have a name (for example, text or comment nodes).
