## Array::cbegin method


Returns an iterator to the first const-qualified element of the container. If the container is empty, the returned iterator will be equal to [cend()](../cend/).

const_iterator System::Array<T>::cbegin() const noexcept
```

An iterator pointing to the first const-qualified element of the container.
