**Arguments**
  * **pdf_format** - the target PDF format standard (enum [PdfFormat](../../))
  * **action** - the action to take on conversion errors (enum [ConvertErrorAction](../../))

**Returns**
  * **Ok((bool, String))** - the operation result, `String` contains the conversion log
  * **Err(PdfError)** - if the operation fails
