The type of scaling that shall be used.

Member name	Description
PROPORTIONAL	Scale the icon to fit the width or height of the annotation rectangle while maintaining the icon�s original aspect ratio.
ANAMORPHIC	Scale the icon to fill the annotation rectangle exactly.
