## XmlSchemaAttribute class


Represents the **attribute** element from the XML [Schema](../) as specified by the World Wide [Web](../../system.web/) Consortium (W3C). Attributes provide additional information for other document elements. The attribute tag is nested between the tags of a document's element for the schema. The XML document displays attributes as named items in the opening tag of an element.

## Remarks



Objects of this class should only be allocated using [System::MakeObject()](../../system/makeobject/) function. Never create instances of this type on stack or using operator new, as it will result in runtime errors and/or assertion faults. Always wrap this class into [System::SmartPtr](../../system/smartptr/) pointer and use this pointer to pass it to functions as argument.
