Returns the post-compilation interpretation of the [XmlSchemaType::get_Final](../get_final/) value.

### ReturnValue

The post-compilation interpretation of the [XmlSchemaType::get_Final](../get_final/) value. The default is the **finalDefault** attribute value of the **schema** element.
