## XmlTextWriter::get_IndentChar method


Returns which character to use for indenting when [XmlTextWriter::set_Formatting](../set_formatting/) is set to [Formatting::Indented](../../formatting/).

char16_t System::Xml::XmlTextWriter::get_IndentChar()
```


### ReturnValue

The character to use for indenting. The default is space.
