IMasterNotesSlideManager class

Master notes slide manager.

The IMasterNotesSlideManager type exposes the following members:

`master_notes_slide`	Returns a master for all notes slides of this presentation if there is one, otherwise returns null. Read-only `IMasterNotesSlide`.

Method	Description
`set_default_master_notes_slide`	Sets defalut master notes slide for related notes slide.
`remove_master_notes_slide`	Removes master notes slide.
