Sets the ‘ondragexit’ event attribute for handling the exit of a dragged item from a valid drop target.

Parameter	Description
TBuilder	The type of the SVG element builder.
builder	The SVG element builder.
value	The JavaScript function or script to execute when a dragged item exits a valid drop target.
