## create_attribute_ns {#str-str}

This method creates a new attribute node, and returns it. 
The object created is a node implementing the [`Attr`](/svg/python-net/aspose.svg.dom/attr) class. 
The DOM does not enforce what sort of attributes can be added to a particular element in this manner.


### Returns 


The [`Attr`](/svg/python-net/aspose.svg.dom/attr).

def create_attribute_ns(self, namespace_uri, qualified_name):
    ...
```

| namespace_uri | str | The namespace URI of the attribute. |
| qualified_name | str | is a string containing the name of the attribute. |
