Draws the specified image.

Parameter	Type	Description
data	bytes	An array of bytes representing the image.
image_format	aspose.svg.drawing.WebImageFormat	Image format.
rect	aspose.pydrawing.RectangleF	A rectangel which determines position and size to draw.
