## Archive.NewEntrySettings property

Compression and encryption settings used for newly added [`ArchiveEntry`](../../archiveentry/) items.

```

### Exceptions

| exception | condition |
| --- | --- |
| InvalidOperationException | The archive is opened from raed only stream. |
| ObjectDisposedException | Archive has been disposed and cannot be used. |
