HeaderType.ContentTransferEncoding property

The third of the MIME-related headers. Indicates the coding method used in a MIME message body. It has no direct relevance to the delivery of e-mail, but it affects how MIME compliant mail programs interpret the content of the message. Defined in RFC2045.
