Placeholder class

Represents a placeholder on a slide.

The Placeholder type exposes the following members:

`orientation`	Gets or sets the orientation of a placeholder. Read-only `Orientation`.
`size`	Gets or sets the size of a placeholder. Read-only `PlaceholderSize`.
`type`	Gets or sets the type of a placeholder. Read-only `PlaceholderType`.
